A701 ROM update problem

Hi,
I have problem with ScoterRomUpdate-R01 on win 7 and XP
with Windows Mobile Device Center I connect with phone and everything work fine but ScoterRomUpdate-R01 not work
ScoterRomUpdate-R01 show "error" message or "can not open USB device" message.
Where is a problem ?

I think you need to be on R65 before you can run the scooter update.

Yoni, you think that ScouterUT R65 must be and how I can change them?

I found that  ScouterUT R48 is the best version to update WM.

Pass, I have not played with a 701 for a few years now.
