Collect an order
We welcome customers who wish to collect orders between 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Mon-Fri. (except HK public holiday). Please mail us if you need to confirm an order is ready.
Our collection point is 6/F, Edwick Industrial Centre, 4-30 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. Hong Kong
Report a late delivery
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived as expected, please contact: INFO@EXPANSYS.COM.HK
Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send email quoting your order reference XXXX-XXXX-XXXX; and reason for cancelling to INFO@EXPANSYS.COM.HK
* please kindly note that: orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch
Warranties and returns
Standard Warranty Period:
6 months for devices including smartphones and tablets.
180 days for audio/video products including speakers, headphones, headsets, cameras.
180 days for wearables and smart gadgets including smart watches, fitness trackers and gadgets.
Warranty period take effects from the date when the shipping invoice is issued.
Standard Warranty Coverage
Warranty covers the following:
A. Software malfunction
B. Manufacturer or hardware defects
C. More than three dead pixels
Standard Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover the following:
A. Broken screens or LCDs
B. Liquid damage
C. Damages caused by accidents or mishandling of the device
D. Damage caused by applications or firmwares which are not compatible with the device
E. Three or fewer dead pixels
B-Stock items are not new and do not carry any warranty. Customers have 7 days from the time of delivery in which to return B-Stock items if they are found to be defective or not matching the description shown on the website.
