anyone else had this issue. They have received a phone which is not new and is obviously refurbished. So far my phone showas the issues listed bellow
RMA tells me to call a UK number. When I call they are a separate legal identity but cannot help.
i phone the U.S. Number and get a recorded message telling me to send an email. local Canadian number just sends me to an operator that doesn't ever pickup. Emails I get tell me the problem is resolved when it obviously is not resolved.
The issues include
1) ghost image on the phone I
2) buzzing when I use headset and charger
3) if I switch on Bluetooth battery life is less than 3 hours
has anyone suggestions how to actually talk to a human in this company?
