hard disk error?! [Creative NOMAD Zen Xtra 40GB MP3 Player - 111556]

What can I do if my Zen freezes at the Eax screen and in rescue mode, format and reload os options only come up with a hard disk error, clean up does nothing and reboot just reboots back to the Eax screen?? any help would be great. cheers

i rang creative for a prob i was having (it kept frezing ) they told me to do a system restore to do this (and you DONT lose your songs) 1.stick it in for charge 2.hold down play/pause and press on 3.a menu comes up click system restore 4.let it work 5.it says restoring libary 6. it should be fixed p.s. it needs to be pluged into charge for it to work
