Dopod U1000 – Support Forum

error message: Your current operator (31026) is not supported [Dopod U1000 - 145454]

I get the above error message when I start the phone. It says I should obtain an update from my device vendor (whatever that means) and then asks if I want to select another service provider and it only gives me choices in Asia (not US). T-Mobile in my carrier here in the US and I do not know how to connect to it with this phone. The T-mobile SIM card show me my contacts in the phone but won''t connect to the T-Mobile service network. I can get a WiFi connection to the b but not T-mobile. Does anyone know how to connect to T-mobile EDGE on this phone??
