Shipment to other countries [Sony Xperia 10 II Dual-SIM XQ-AU52 - 322039]

How does the shipment work for countries that aren't mentioned in the website countries which don't have an Expansys agent)

If so, how does the warranty work? What's the procedure if something goes wrong with the phone?

For countries other than our website regions, please place orders on HK website and select Rest of the World at checkout.

Warranty will be provided by Expansys. For more information about warranty, please refer to the warranty section on the terms and conditions page.

When you select rest of the world as your location, you get multiple shipping methods e.g : DHL, FedEx). Is it possible to choose any shipping method out of these for any country? If so, what is the use of paying more for a certain shipping method over other shipping methoda?

There is one option for USA, one for South Africa. For destinations other than USA and South Africa, please select Rest of the World.

@Derek_W I also see 3 shipping options USA, South Africa, Rest of the World). the US Fedex is the cheapest, but I'm not in the USA. What will happen if I select the US Fedex option? Will I not receive my parcel?

Wrong shipping zone selected will result in late process of your order.

And full shipping fee need to be paid before we can dispatch the order.
